Wont accept key

Problem description:
Licence Active, Equalify Pro Basic, but i cant log in the app in spotify, it wont accept key, i have reinstalled Os.

Operating system:
windows 10

Soundcard:
Asus(realtek hd)

Spotify version
1.0.63.617.g5aca9a2a

Equalify Pro version
1.2.6
Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
ie. Razer Gamebooster or Cortex

Not quite sure what you mean.
You should log in with your username and password. The keys are handled in the background.
