Upgraded to windows 11 now Equalify doesn't work in Spotify

windows 11

Soundcard:
If you know what soundcard(s) you have, please include it! Realtek

Spotify version
You will find the version info in the Help-> Spotify for Windows
1.1.69.612.gb7409abc

Equalify Pro version
You will find the version info in Settings->don’t know, not visible

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
none
Anything else that can be useful or is related to audio processing on your system
spotify streaming by bluetooth to AV Receiver Denon X3700H

Most recent Equalify version, just redownloaded a few minutes ago. Spotify was redownloaded 2 days ago from their website

Hello,

Make sure you play a song for it to load.
Equalify was tested extensively with windows 11 and there are no known issues with it.

Did it work with your bluetooth streaming setup before?
Make sure you are not using “Spotify Connect” to play audio via your receiver.
Try setting your audio output to a regular speaker output and see if that makes the EQ load.
