Upgraded PC Components - License not working

Problem description:
I recently upgraded my PC (new mainboard) and now it doesn’t accept my license anymore. I only got the single-pc license.

Operating system:
windows 10 64bit

Soundcard:
Standard Realtek

Spotify version
1.0.29.92.g67727800

Equalify Pro version
Can’t enter Equalify
