Unable to Install Equalify on new HP Laptop

Hello,

For some reason I can’t install equalify on my new hp laptop (Windows 10). I download the application from the home page, and click to install. However, when I open Spotify and play a track, there is no Equalify icon.

What am I doing wrong? Please advise.

Thank you, David Aaron

Hello David,

There is not a lot of information here for me to go on.
But, make sure you are not using the Store version of spotify (Spotify Windows Store removal)
Check this link for any incompatibilities (Incompatible hardware and software)
Make sure you are not using spotify connect to play music on another device.
