I purchased the software, spotify is not the store bought, all my hardware is compatible. The icon doesnt show up, i let it play music for about an hour and still nothing. i reinstalled the software and spotify, still nothing shows up. did I miss something?

If you know what soundcard(s) you have, please include it! (ie. Asus Xonar, Auzentech or HT Omega)
Spotify version
You will find the version info in the Help->About menu
Equalify Pro version
You will find the version info in Settings->About
Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
ie. Razer Gamebooster, Virtual audio cable, Voicemeeter (banana)
Anything else that can be useful or is related to audio processing on your system
ie. usb headset, using bluetooth speakers, using spotify connect
i have windows 10, using realtek audio. Im using spotify Version 1.12.543, I have voicemeeter banana, I also have a 2.1 speaker setup. I do not have a blurtooth card.
Probably something to do with voicemeeter banana.
