Registered email no longer exists

Problem description:
I have set up a new PC and therefore no longer have the automatic login to equlaify, the software is asking for username and password which I do not have noted down. On this website, I have registered with an email address that is no longer existing and no possibility to contact support other than creating a new account.

I currently have purchased equalifypro twice but would like to refund one of the purchases and either close my old account or change its email to reaccess it.
