Purchase “pending”

I bought the software (standard tier) and it charged my card, but it says purchase pending and wont let me access the software.


We have had issues with PayPal not sending payment notifications this morning.
I disabled purchases around 10:30 (GMT+2) while working on the issue, so you must have been unlucky and purchased right before i disabled purchases.

The good news is that the issue seems to be resolved. The bad news is that it can take a little while for PayPal to re-send the messages to our backend system that is needed to make you able to access Equalify.

It should be resolved within an hour.

You should receive a mail when the payment has been processed and the backend systems has been notified.
