If you have issues with Equalify Pro your best course of action is to post a thread on this community or send a mail to support [at] equalify [dot] me
If you file a paypal dispute or claim before contacting support there is a very high chance of the dispute being challenged.
If you contact support first with whatever issue you might have, there is a very high chance we will be able to fix your issue and getting equalify pro to work, 9 out of 10 times it’s installation or user error causing the issues. If we cant fix the issues we’ll grant you a refund without any additional hassle.
Keep in mind that if you file a paypal dispute, your account and any active keys you may have will be frozen/deactivated automatically and will not be activated again until the dispute is settled. Re-activation is manual and might take a few days.
