Software is not working or showing in the menu anymore?
Works fine with the latest versions (and previous versions) of Spotify.

It should work fine for all the regular versions of spotify (like you have).
Did you change any sound hardware or install any audio mixing software around when the problem started ?
Currently not working anymore for me either, It’s been about a week. Any Ideas on how to fix?
I’ve even allowed permission for the app throught the firewall and run as admin. Installed the latest version 1.4.11 and nothing.

There is no change to Spotify that has made Equalify not work. If it has stopped loading in your Spotify, you have most likely changed some hardware, or installed some audio software that might interfere.
Also remember that it wont load until you play music.
From the data in the admin panel, it looks like you have resolved the issue though.
