Not valid license for your computer

Problem description:
So my harddrive just froze, and doesn’t work anymore, and i just installed spotify again and therefor equalify, but it says that the license is not valid for the computer. Do i have to buy another license key or how does this work?

Operating system:
windows10

Soundcard:
I don’t know

Spotify version
1.0.38.171.g5e1cd7b2

Equalify Pro version
It does not show because i the key is not valid.

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
Just rebooted windows, so nope.

I can’t seem to find the list of the active keys on my member Area. Might it be a bug because it still says that the payment status is still pending?

You were correct, the wrong payment record was shown for your account.
You most likely (re)hit the purchase button at the exact same time as paypal notifying the license server that the previous payment was completed.
