My HDD failed and i had to reset my PC

Problem description:
So yeah, my HDD failed, I got a new one and when i tried to login to equalify on spotify, it said “License already activated on another PC” Now unfortunately, I have already used my 1 and only spare activation key thing - Do you have any ideas of what I could do, like to de-activate the old key i was using then activate it on my new HDD?

windows 10

Soundcard:
Trust

1.0.42.151.g19de0aa6

Equalify Pro version

Are you sure you are logged into the correct account ?
Your (real) name is connected with 2 accounts and this is not the one that has a license.

You will be able to reset your license if you log in with the correct account.
If you need more info about the account you can let me know.

Well, I logged into the other account - And I still get the same error?
