Please allow me to register my device manually, I have a license and removed the old key from the portal. However, when logging in I cannot authenticate as it’s saying I don’t have a valid license or account creds are incorrect.

Are you 100% sure that you are entering the correct username (not email) and password ?
That is the problem for 99 out of 100 people that has this issue.
