Looks like you have been able to activate on one machine?

All time the popup window pops up for entering data. The message is thank you for activating. I click ok and again a window appears for entering data.

Could you try to download the key that is listed on the members page (at the bottom) and place it in this folder : %appdata%/equalify ( C:\Users\YOURWINDOWSUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Equalify\ )

And then restart Spotify and play a song

I made a new account I paid, and it does not work ;(

Very strange.
Sounds like Equalify is not able to read and write from the Equalify folder.

The video does not seem to be working, i would love to see what you tried to show there.

The film is already ok

It says that the video is unavailable. Maybe the permissions have been set so only you and invited people can see it.


It works now.
And yes that looks like a problem with reading and writing from the Equalify folder. Does not look like it is able to download the license and save it in the correct place for some reason.
