I reset my computer to factory mode and now equalify says I've already used my license

Problem description:
I had to reset my computer due to a virus problem and when I tried to install equalify it didn’t activate properly, as my license key was used already. You guys can remove the other license key, I wouldn’t lie. Hopefully that’s ok! Thanks!

Windows 10

Soundcard:
n/a

Spotify version
You will find the version info in the Help->About menu

Equalify Pro version
1.0.45.186.g3b5036d6

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
Not really much besides razer synapse.
