I Need to Reactivate the Key or Create a new One

Problem description:
Your problem description here, as much details as possible –
I reinstalled windows Pro, Spotify from the Spotify website, and downloaded Equalify Pro. I have my Profile and I see two keys on the form, and they don’t seem to be working or installed. Please help. The issue is just on this pc, it’s working fine on the other one.

Operating system:
windows7/8/10

Soundcard:
If you know what soundcard(s) you have, please include it! (ie. Asus Xonar, Auzentech or HT Omega)

Spotify version
You will find the version info in the Help->About menu

Equalify Pro version
You will find the version info in Settings->About

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
ie. Razer Gamebooster, Virtual audio cable, Voicemeeter (banana)

Anything else that can be useful or is related to audio processing on your system
ie. usb headset, using bluetooth speakers, using spotify connect

I deactivated one of your keys that had not been used since February.
You should be able to log in and activate now.

You can do this yourself in the future if needed from the members page :slight_smile:

Thank you. I only have two devices (pcs) on which I want to use Equalify Pro. I had to reinstall Windows 10 on this pc – that’s why it might appear as a new device.
