Hi, It said i needed to contact support for a manual key, I would like a manual key.

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
ie. Razer Gamebooster or Cortex
Are you 100% sure you entered the correct username and password when logging in ? (Equalify website username and password , Case sensitive)
99 out of 100 times the issue is that the wrong user/pass was entered. Out of thousands, there has only been one that actually needed a manual key generation.
Please try again and let me know what happens
