Got a new computer, now Equalify PRO isn't working

Problem description:
I bought a new computer and reinstalled spotify onto it and then downloaded Equalify PRO and it says that it’s already activated on another computer.

Operating system:
windows 10

Soundcard:
N/A

Spotify version
1.0.42.151.g19de0aa6

Equalify Pro version
N/A

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
None
