Equalify not showing up even after reinstalling everything

Problem description:
Yes before you ask I have played a song. No prompt. Nothing. I’ve verified installation and restarted my pc.

Operating system:
windows 10

Spotify version
1.0.80.474.gef6b503e

Equalify Pro version
1.4.2b

Installed Equalify to the correct folder, and you do not have the spotify store version installed ?

yes I have

yes you have the store version installed or… yes you do not?

If you do have it, install the regular desktop version.
If you dont have it, what soundcard do you use ?

Anything in this list?

no sound card and yes i have the regular version.

Looking at your account it looks like you have Equalify active on 2 different computers, and on 2 different IP addresses right now… is it another machine you are trying to get it to work on?

downgrading to 1.4.0 worked. I think it might have been something with the dpi.

I had the same problem with 1.4.2, however mine started to work again after uninstalling my audio drivers.

@Flexdesign, Asus Xonar, Auzentech or HT omega soundcard ?
see: Asus Xonar, Auzentech or HT Omega soundcards

Built in audiocard in MSI Z77A-G43 motherboard, Realtek HD drivers, however the drivers themselves have been fucking up alot lately so might be something wrong with the drivers ive been using and not with equalify itself.
