Equalify not popping up when I play music on new PC build

Problem description:
Equalify does not pop up when I start playing music on new PC build.

Operating system:
Windows 11

Realtek onboard

Spotify version

Equalify Pro version

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:

Anything else that can be useful or is related to audio processing on your system

You can start with re-installing Equalify, then reboot the computer.

Start up Spotify, and make sure you are not playing music using spotify connect (to another device).
The loging prompt should appear and you should be able to log in and use Equalify as normal.

If for some reason this does not solve it we can try to figure it out

I finally realized my error. I was using the windows store version, which isn’t supported. Thanks for your reply.
