Problem description:
I originally had the store version. Installed equalify and it did not work.

After reviewing support…

  • uninstalled store version
  • installed desktop version from spotify
  • did the rest of the steps at the top of support page…

Operating system:
windows 10

If you know what soundcard(s) you have, please include it! (ie. Asus Xonar, Auzentech or HT Omega)

Spotify version

Equalify Pro version
no idea at all… can’t find it to open… but I have an uninstall app for it

Any special software or hardware you might have installed:
ie. Razer Gamebooster, Virtual audio cable, Voicemeeter (banana)

Anything else that can be useful or is related to audio processing on your system

Did you also play music after installing Spotify and Equalify?

Equalify is not a standalone program, its an addon for spotify that only loads when spotify plays music.

I was looking for it before clicking play… after starting a song, it started up…
