Already purchased Equalify, but issues now

I have bought and downloaded Equalify. After I shut down most of my computers, when I bring spotify back up, Equalify is showing but not working at all on any devices. I have to go back and delete it, then go back to my downloads & reinstall it for it to work. why??
Also I always clear cache, cookies & browsing history before I shut the computers down

If you are using Spotify connect to play music Equalify will not work, same with some wireless speakers. Spotify connect is just a remote control so no audio passes through Equalify.

There is probably no need to reinstall Equalify. If for some reason something happens, just restarting Spotify (completely, by going to file->exit) and restarting it will fix it. Remember to play a song after restarting Spotify. Equalify loads when you play your first song.

Clearing cache/cookies/browsing history will not affect Equalify at all.
